France "foiled new attacks this week"; four under arrest

The suspects planed to decapitate a soldier next January.

France "prevented terrorist acts this week" President Francois Hollande said on Wednesday, and a source close to the situation revealed that four people had been arrested in connection with the foiled attacks.
 
French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve made a statement on the subject later, in which he explained that the suspects planed to décapitate a soldier in next January, on the anniversary of the "Charlie Hebdo" attacks in Paris... Read more.
