Xavier Darcos and Richard Prasquier noted with satisfaction that the past two years have seen a drop in the number of anti-Semitic incidents, but they agreed that it was necessary to continue the watch programme set up jointly by the Ministry and CRIF in 2002, and to seek new educational approaches to the issues of behaviour and stereotypes.
Richard Prasquier, was accompanied by Ariel Goldmann, a member of the CRIF Executive Board, by Haim Musicant, CRIF’s General Director, and Elisabeth Cohen-Tennoudj.
