CFCM and CRIF have decided to strengthen their cooperation to work together on societal issues. They have solemnly stated their determination to join forces against anti-Semitism, racism and Islamophobia.
The two delegations have suggested that their respective organisations set up a liaison group and working committees for human rights, education and international issues.
The leadership of CFCM and CRIF will also be encouraging the Presidents of the regional councils for the Muslim religion (CRCM) and of the regional delegations of CRIF to strengthen their links at the local level.
Following this meeting, the President of CFCM invited Richard Prasquier and the CRIF Executive to a new meeting in the coming weeks at the CFCM headquarters.
