Two small children attacked in Paris, CRIF protests

The two pupils were attacked by three teenagers aged 13, 15 and 17, during a school recess in a nearby public garden. One of the victims, who is disabled, was sprayed with teargas.

The Chief of Police of the 20th district, a deputy mayor of the 20th district and a representative of the Paris City Hall were also present to condemn this act and express support for the school’s principal, Mr Mergui.

Richard Prasquier asked the Chief of Police and the local politicians to do all in their power to find the aggressors and secure Jewish school premises more effectively. He asked to be kept closely informed of developments of the investigation. The school and the parents have lodged a complaint.
