Invited by Gérard Fredj, the director of the youth department at the Unified Jewish Social Fund (FSJU), the main French Jewish charity, they took part in a panel session on Sunday – together with Gilles Bernheim, the rabbi of the Victoire synagogue in Paris, and Haim Assouline, the delegate of the Jewish Agency for Israel for relations between the institutions and organized youth movements – which made it possible to highlight the expectations and hopes of the new generation.
This debate concluded a three-day gathering of youth associations and movements federated under FSJU. Three hundred leaders from all over France took part in this seminar, which gave an opportunity to share about experience in education.
