CRIF CONDEMNS TERRORIST ATTACKS IN LONDON

The CRIF condemns with utmost firmness the attacks that have struck London and denounces all those who are tempted to resort to terrorism, which nothing can justify.

The CRIF expresses its full solidarity with the British people and presents its most sincere condolences to the families of the victims.

The British ambassador to France, John Holmes, in a letter to Roger Cukierman, thanked him for his “expression of solidarity following the terrorist attacks which plunged London into mourning on July 7.” »

He referred to the message given by Tony Blair, the British Prime Minister: “it is important that those engaged in terrorism realize that our determination to defend our values and our way of life is greater than their determination to cause death and destruction to innocent people in a desire to impose extremism on the world.” »
