CRIF’S KANOVITCH TO QATAR

Bernard Kanovitch, member of CRIF’s steering committee and president of the committee responsible for relations with Muslims, attended a talk on dialogue between religions organized by the government of Qatar.

The three monotheist religions were represented. This was the first time that Jewish representatives attended the conference. Bernard Kanovitch believed that Jewish attendance at the conference was obvious: «An interfaith conference is bound to invite the representatives of Jewish tradition which goes back 40 centuries».
