The Foundation will be headquartered in France. It will develop its activities independently .
The Foundation will be set up by a pre-formation committee and will begin its activities in the spring of 2006.
The Board of the Pre-formation Committee of the France-Israel Foundation comprises: Michel Abitbol, Philippe Allouche, Cyril Benoit, Nathalie Biderman, Olivier Binder, Henri Cukierman, Raphael Hadas-Lebel, Jean-Claude Hirel, Jacques Huntzinger, Haim Musicant (CRIF Director General), Joseph Roubache and Gérard Unger (member of the CRIF Executive).
