Richard Prasquier, President, and Haim Musicant, General Director of CRIF, took part in this commemoration held at the Grand Mosque in Paris, presided by Dalil Boubakeur, President of CFCM (French Council for Muslim Religious Affairs) and Rector of the Grand Mosque.
In addition, Hervé Morin, the Minister of Defence, and Jean-Marie Bockel, Junior Minister in charge of Veterans Affairs, took part in a memorial service for those who died for France held on Sunday May 4, at the Protestant Church in rue d’Alesia in Paris. Dina Azoulay, in charge of relations with Protestants at CRIF, represented the institution.
Both ministers also went to the solemn mass held at the Saint-Louis des Invalides Cathedral, where Madeleine Cohen represented CRIF.
