This 22-page text includes a long list of public figures who are identified as being of Jewish religion. The people responsible for this website are liable for prosecution under article 226-19 of the French penal code. In another text entitled “Long live France. Death to immigrants!!!”, a member of parliament and a TV presenter are the objects of death threats. Several forums complete the picture.
The parliamentary report on the fight against racism and xenophobia published in 2004 by the CNCDH (National Human Rights Commission) under the section “Racist French-language Internet” classifies this website as belonging to the Nazi-style skinhead movement which disseminates “hateful and racist messages”.
