CRIF wishes to acknowledge the position taken by Canada, which opened the way for the final resolution to pay tribute to all the civilian victims of the conflict between Israel and Hizbollah, while Egypt only wanted to mention the Lebanese victims.
CRIF would like to see France, which provides 80% of the budget for the International Francophone Organisation (OIF), use its influence and prestige to ensure that this organisation remains above all a forum for sharing French culture.
