Jewish refugees from Arab countries at last recognised by the US Congress

The resolution also calls for the US President to ensure that any reference to Palestinian refugees made in international forums be explicitly associated with a reference to the Jewish refugees from Arab countries.

For Congress, this recognition of the “forgotten refugees” and their legitimate rights is an indispensable step in the efforts to establish a lasting peace in the Middle East.

The adoption of this project crowns years of efforts by JJAC (Justice for Jews from Arab Countries) whose action is relayed in France by CRIF under the coordination of Jean-Pierre Allali.
