The CRIF in action

The French parliament cannot be turned into tribunal when it's a matter of Israel, says CRIF

In his answer, the Minister for Foreign Affairs reiterated Europe and France’s commitment to advance the peace process, but added very surprisingly: “we agree, alas, with all the points you have mentioned”.

CRIF considers that this issue must be dealt with fairly and impartially and that this kind of debate requires good manners and restraint. Reaffirming its commitment to a peaceful solution of the conflict and to Jerusalem remaining the undivided capital of the Jewish people as it has been for 3000 years, CRIF firmly regrets that the National Assembly has become a tribunal when it comes to discussing Israel.
